My Tutorials are strictly my own creations if they
resemble anothers it is purely coinsidense.This is
written with the use of PSP X2 but I am sure will
work in any other PSP's as well. And for those of
that have basic knowledge of PSP.
You Will Need.
Scrap Kit From Black Widow Creations Lagrimas You Can Get HERE
Art I am using is from Barbara Jensen you must purchase a License to use her art you can do so HERE
Mask from Urban Fairytales UFmask14 you can grab HERE
Font Renaissance you can get HERE
Same drop shadow threw entire Tut feel free to use what you feel comfortable with 2,2, 60, 5
Open New Image Canvas 650 by 650
Open Image49 Edit-Copy, Edit-Paste as new layer
Open Image45 Edit-Copy, Edit-Paste as new layer move to upper left corner.
Image-Duplicate Merge copy down to Image45 then Duplicate again. Image-Duplicate, Image Flip so it is now in all four corners.
Add new Raster Layer Selections-Select-All then open Paper3 Edit-Copy, Edit-Paste into Selections.
Apply UFmask14 now. Merge group layers.
Open Element11 Image-Resize 80% then Edit-Copy, Edit-Paste as new layer move to left middle of canvas.
Select inside Blue Frames with Magic Wand. Selections-Modify Expand by 2. Open Paper14 Edit-Copy, Edit-Paste as new layer.
Selections Invert hit delete. Place below frame layer.
Open Element47 Edit-Copy, Edit-Paste as new layer Place in upper right frame. Add Drop Shadow then Image Duplicate Mirror.
Open Element25 Edit-Copy, Edit-Paste as new layer Image-Free rotate single layer to the left by 10 place on top of frames so
looks like holding frames.
Open Element41 Edit-Copy, Edit-Paste as new layer place lower on tag. But make sure not to cut off bottom of cloud.
Open Tube you are using. I did not have to resize mine but you may have to yours. Edit-Copy Edit Paste as new layer.
Open Element32 Image-Resize 45% Edit-Copy, Edit-Paste as new layer Add small drop shadow place in left frame.
Open Element38 Image-Resize 50% Edit-Copy, Edit-Paste as new Layer.
Resize tag before you Add Proper Copy-Right,
Then add name and save as PNG.
