Open Temp Shift+D work on duplicate close original. Close off or delete the following layers (As we will not be using them) CRInfo layer, Whiteblock Layer, Pinkcircles Layer, and the Blacrec2 Layer as well.
Now Image-Resize 650 by 433. Then Image-Canvas Size 700 by 500, Placement middle. So we have a nice working area.
Starting on greycircle layer. Selections-Select All, Selections-Float, Selections-Defloat. Selections-Modify-Smooth-OK (Default Settings). Edit-Repeat Smooth Selection. Layer-New Raster Layer-OK. Open Scrap Paper P012 Edit-Copy. Back to Temp. Edit-Paste Into Selection. Select None.
Ltpinkrec Layer, Selections-Select All, Selections-Float, Selections-Defloat. Selections-Invert. Edit-Paste As New Layer-Delete. Selections-Select None.
Onto blackrec layer Selections-Select All, Selections-Float, Selections-Defloat. Selections-Invert. Open Scrap Paper P019 Edit-Copy. Back to Temp. Edit-Paste as new layer-Delete. Selections-Select None.
Now Whitestrip layer Selections-Select All, Selections-Float, Selections-Defloat. Selections-Invert. Open Scrap Paper P014 Edit-Copy. Back to Temp. Edit-Paste as new layer-Delete. Selections-Select None.
Starting at Pinkstrip layer Selections-Select All, Selections-Float, Selections-Defloat. Selections-Invert. Open Scrap Paper P007 Edit-Copy. Back to Temp. Edit-Paste as new layer-Delete. Selections-Select None.
Whiterec layer Selections-Select All, Selections-Float, Selections-Defloat. Layer-New Raster Layer. Open Scrap Paper P005 Edit-Copy. Back to Temp. Edit-Paste into Selection. Keep Selected.
Open Tube Close-up. Edit-copy Back to Temp Selections-Invert. Place tube to your liking in rectangle-Delete. Selections-Select None.
This next part I zoomed in to 200%. Then using the Selection Tool-Rectangle I traced the dotted rectangle. Close Up Layer still selected I went to Selections-Promote Selection to Layer. Select-None. Zoom Out to 100% again.
Working on Bottom Layer of the tube. I Dupliated then on duplicated layer I went to Adjust-Blur-Gaussain 5 then changed layer to Soft Light. Back on bottom tube layer I changed layer to Luminance.
Now onto promoted layer of close-up tube. I again Duplicate and on top layer applied Adjust-Blur-Gaussain 5 and changed layer to Soft Light. Now on Bottom promoted tube layer. I applied Effects-Xero-Porcelain
On Dotted layer I went to Adjust-Brightness and Contrast- Brightness/Contrast-Brightness 255. (It should now be white dotted layer).
Now merge Block 1,3, and 5 together and change layer to Soft Light. Then merge separately Layers 2 and 4 together and change that layer to Overlay. (Make Sure to Drop Shadow These Layers)
Back to Temp layers Whitestrips Selections-Select All, Selections-Float, Selections-Defloat, Selections-Invert. Open Scrap Paper P012 Edit-Copy. Back to Temp. Edit-Paste as new layer-Delete. Selections-Select None.
PinkStrips Layer Selections-Select All, Selections-Float, Selections-Defloat, Selections-Invert. Open Scrap Paper P010 Edit-Copy. Back to Temp. Edit-Paste as new layer-Delete. Selections-Select None.
Now click on Crop Tool-Mergeed Opaque-OK. Then Image-Canvas Size-700 by 500 placement middle. This is so you get rid of the extra around your Tag. Now add your Drop Shadows to all the temp layers. And Close off all Un-needed Temp Layers.
Okay I am listing all the elements and resize measurements, I used. In the order I used them. Check back with mine visually to see there placement. But feel free to go your own way.

Now Add your Proper Copy Right for your Artist. My Proper Copy Right is ©verymany www.verymanytubes.com and my License Number.
Lets make our name. Using the Font MTF_Memory from Miss Tina. I Used the Text Tool to make it larger. Convert to Raster Layer. Selections-Select All, Selections-Float, Selections-Defloat. Layer-New Raster Layer. Open Paper P005 Edit-Copy. Back to Tag. Edit-Paste Into Selection. Effects-Inner Bevel-Settings Below.
Selections-Modify-Expand 2. On First (Now Bottom) Font Layer Flood Fill with color from Paper. Adjust-Add/Remove Noise-Add Noise-Uniform Monochrome 50. Add Drop Shadow To this layer.
Now you can choose to save as png. Or go on to Animation.

Too Animate
Add New Layer-Flood Fill White-Layers-Arrange-Send To Bottom.
With your tag in PaintShop Pro, Edit-Copy Special-Copy Merged.
Open Jasc Animation Shop.
Edit-Paste-As New Animation. Multiply Frames to 16. You multiply frames by Clicking on the Square that says Duplicate. The Arrow is pointing to it in the picture below. If you add too many of them, then just select the extra layer and then click the button by Duplicate with the big Red X to Delete un-wanted Layers.
Open "Animation-264" Edit-Select All, Animation-Resize Animation to 500 by 500 pixels Now again Edit-Select All, Edit-Copy
Select Your Tag again Edit-Select All, Edit-Paste-Into Selected Frame. Choose your Placement.
File-Save As-Give File a Name and Click Save-Next-Next-Next-Finish.
And that's it. Happy Tagging!! :)

Working on Tube. Layer-Duplicate, Working on the top one, Adjust-Blur-Gaussain Blur 4, Change Layer to Soft Light. Bottom Layer Apply Xero-Radience 128, 103, 128, 106.
Flower 2 Image-Resize 55%. Edit-Copy, Back to Temp Edit-Paste as new layer. Move to left of tag.
Flower 1 Image-Resize 50%. Edit-Copy, Back to Temp Edit-Paste as new layer. Move to lower left of tag.

Now to make the Mirror Element we are going to work on a different Canvas.
Open Tube Shift+D and Duplicate Close original. I used the top layer and deleted the copy right layer and Bottom layer.
Open Element "Trinket Mirror" Edit-copy, Back to Tube Image Edit-Paste as new layer.
Mirror layer Image-Flip Horizontal. Resize the Mirror layer only 50%.
Now on tube layer. Image-Free Rotate-Left 20. (Single Layer only Checked.)
Now on mirror layer using your Magic Wand tool with these settings (Replace-None-Feather 0) click inside the mirror. Selections-Modify-Expand 2. Back to tube layer Selections Invert-Delete. Select None.
I now Cropped my image so I was working with a smaller area.
Tube Layer-Duplicate. Top Layer of tube Adjust-Blur-Gaussain Blur 4. Over in layers turn to Hard Light.
Bottom Layer. Xero-Greytinter, Xero-Radience. (Both Default Settings) Merge Top tube layer down to bottom layer.
Once again back on Mirror layer select inside it with magic wand. Selections-Modify-Expand 2. Selections-Invert. Back on Tube Layer Hit Delete. Selections-Select None.
Merge Visible. Edit-Copy.

Back to Template. Edit-Paste as new layer. Position to left lower part of tag. Image-Free Rotate-Right 22.
Handle Fan Image-Resize 55% Edit-Copy, Back to Temp Edit-Paste as new layer. Image-Free Rotate Left 25.
Bouquet1 Edit-Copy, Back to Temp Edit-Paste as new layer. Image-Free Rotate-Right 22. Place to lower right of tag.
ScallopFan Image-Resize 75% Edit-copy, Back to Temp Edit-Paste as new layer. To right of tag.
Lamp Image-Resize 55%. Edit-Copy. Back to Temp Edit-Paste as new layer. Place to lower right of the tag.

Table Image-Resize 75% Edit-copy. Back to Temp, Edit-Paste as new layer. Place in middle of bottom tag.
Teapot Image-Resize 40% Edit-Copy, Back To Temp, Edit-Paste as new layer, Place on top of table to the left.
Tea Image-Resize 25%, Edit-Copy. Back to Temp, Edit-Paste as new layer. Place on Table as Seen.
Candle2 Image-Resize 45%, Edit-Copy. Back to Temp, Edit-Paste as new layer. Place on Table As Seen.
Bowl Image-Resize 30%, Edit-Copy. Back to Temp, Edit-Paste as new layer. Place on Table As Seen.
Chopsticks2 Image-Resize 30%, Edit-Copy. Back to Temp, Edit-Paste as new layer. Place on Bowl As Seen.
Sushi Image-Resize 15%, Select Each Sushi separately with Freehand Selection Tool. Edit-Copy, Back to Temp, Edit-Paste as new layer. Repeat for all three. And place in a horizontal row on the table in front of the candle.
Grass Edit-Copy, Back to Temp, Edit-Paste as new layer. Place on bottom of tag left side.
Flower Image-Resize 60%, Edit-copy, Back to Temp, Edit-Paste as new layer. Image-Free Rotate-Left 65. Place left bottom.
Shoes Image-Resize 40%, Edit-copy, Back to Temp, Edit-Paste as new layer. Position Left Bottom.
Trinket Image-Resize 30%, Edit-Copy, Back to Temp, Edit-Paste as new layer. Again put at the Left Bottom.
Leaves1 Image-Resize 45%, Edit-Copy, Back to Temp, Edit_Paste as new layer. Place lower left of tag.
Birdcage Adjust-Brightness and Contrast-Brightness/Contrast-Brightness Setting Negative 255 (want to make it completely Black) Image-Resize 50%, Edit-copy, Back to temp, Edit-Paste as new layer.
Resize Entire Tag Image-Resize 650 Pixels longest side (Resize All Layers Checked)
Layer-New Raster Layer, Selections-Select All. Open Paper 5 Edit-Copy, Back to Temp, Edit-Paste Into Selection. Selections-Select None.
Now Apply WSL_Mask84 (I Opened it, in PSP and then used Layer-New Mask Layer-From Image-Select WSL_Mask84.) Merge Group. Layers-Arrange-Send to Bottom.
Layer-New Raster Layer, FloodFill White. Layers-Arrange-Send To Bottom. (If not animating this white layer is not needed)
Add Proper Copy Right. If using the tube I used the proper copy right is ©KiwiFireStorm brian-gibbs.artistwebsites.com TPP#####
I used the Font Pixelette.Then used Alien Skin Eye Candy 5-Gradient Glow. (Outside Glow, Mask Selection Checked, 5.0, 35, 100, 23, 55, 100, White on the inside and Red as the outside Glow.) The Settings I use in picture below.
Selections-Select All, Open Paper 6 Resize to 200 Pixels. Edit-Copy, Back to temp, Edit-Paste as new layer. Selections Invert. Hit Delete. Keep Selected.
Selections-Invert, Selections-Modify-Expand by 1. Layer-New Raster Layer. Open Paper 2. Image-Resize to 200 Pixels. Edit-Copy, Back to temp, Edit-Paste as new layer. Selections-Invert, Hit Delete. Selections-Select None.
To Paper 6 Name we previously made (Top one) Apply Effects-3d Effects-Inner Bevel 2, width 2, smoothness 5, depth 2, the rest default.
Add Drop Shadows to layers you want.
Delete all un-needed Temp Layers.
If not Animating Save As png. File.
If Animating Please proceed with the Tutorial.

Open Temp supplied in the kit. Hold Shift+D to Duplicate close original and work on copy.
On Circle layer Selections-Select All, Selections-Float, Selections-Defloat. Add New Raster Layer. Open Paper 1 Edit-Copy. Back to Temp Edit-Paste into Selection. Select None. Close off Temp Layer and Add Drop Shadow to Paper Layer.
Small Rectangle Layer Adjust-Add/Remove Noise-Add Noise-Uniform-Monochrome 56. Drop Shadow.
Open Glittersplat Edit-Copy, Back to temp on top of Overlay Layer Paste as new layer. Position to right of Temp. Drop Shadow
Frame Edit-Copy, Edit-Paste as new layer leave in middle Image-Resize 80%. Drop Shadow
Sparkles Edit-Copy, Edit-Paste as new layer on top of Frame Layer. No Shadow.
Open Paper 3 And keep it open we need to use it several times. So go ahead and Edit-Copy.
Working on Angled Rectangle 1 Layer Selections-Select All, Selections-Float, Selections-Defloat. Add new Raster Layer Edit-Paste Into Selection. Open Close Up of Tube NewAttitudeHD03.PSD Choose how you like I chose the Blonde Layer. Edit-Copy Special- Copy Merged, Edit-Paste as new Layer. Position into the Marching Ants. Selections-Invert, Hit Delete. Selections-Select None.
Still working with what we just did I changed the paper Layer to Luminance(Legacy) Then Duplicate Tube. On top Layer Adjust-Blur-Gaussain Blur-3 Also change to Overlay. On Bottom Tube layer Apply Xer-Porcelain. And Add Drop Shadow.
First Back to the Paper 3 we have open. Image-Flip, Edit-Copy.
Now Working on Angled Rectangle 2 Selections-Select All, Selections-Float, Selections-Defloat. Add New Raster layer. Edit-Paste Into Selection. Open Close up of tube again this time choose what layers you want I left the purple and black hair open and Edit-Copy Special-Copy Merged. Edit-Paste as new Image. Then Image-Mirror. Edit-Copy. Back to Temp Edit-Paste as new layer. Postition to your liking. Selections-Invert. Hit-Delete. Select-None.
Still working with what we just did I changed the paper Layer to Luminance(Legacy) Then Duplicate Tube. On top Layer Adjust-Blur-Gaussain Blur-3 Also change to Overlay. On Bottom Tube layer Apply Xer-Porcelain. And Add Drop Shadow.
Open Main Tube you are using mine is NewAttitudeHD01.PSD Edit-Copy Special-Copy Merged, Edit-Paste as new layer. Image-Resize 95%. Place in middle. Add Slight Drop Shadow.
Open Bear Edit-copy, Edit-Paste as new layer. Image-Resize 55%. Place in lower right of Temp. Add Drop Shadow.
EyelitNRibbon Edit-Copy, Edit-Paste as new layer. Image-Resize 80% Image-Free Rotate Right 5% Single Layer. Place in between Rectangle Frames so looks like attached to both of them. Add Dark and Wide Blur Drop Shadow
ThronedHeart Edit-Copy, Edit-Paste as new layer. Image-Resize 45% Place in upper right of Temp. Add Drop Shadow
Now Choose colors from your tag to make a slight Gradient I chose the two purples in the Paper we used in the circle. Then Add new Raster Layer and FloodFill with Gradient we made. Layers-Arrange Send to Bottom. Now Apply Mask 567InsatiableDreams. Merge Group. Move to upper left of Tag. Duplicate Image-Mirror, Merge Down. Duplicate Image-Flip. No Shadow.
Image-Resize All Layers Checked to 650 on longest side or whatever size you prefer.
Add Proper Copy Right.
Add name with Gritzpop Grunge Font. Place to your liking. I also used the Gradient we previously used and Added Drop Shadow.
Now if you are not going to Animate now save as PNG. And thank you so much for trying my Tutorial.
For Animation.
Open Raster 1 of the Backgound Layer. Should be white. Layers-Arrange- Send to Bottom
Now I closed off all layers but the Rectanlge 1 layer and all that goes with it the paper the close up and duplicate etc. And Merged Visable. Close this layer Then I Opened the Rectangle 2 Layers and merged Visable there close this layer. Then I opened the layers on top of them And merged Visable and closed off this layer. Opened all bottom layers and merged them visable. So now we should have four layers. The bottom, Rectangle 1 set, Rectangle 2 set, And top.
Duplicate Rectanle 1 Set twice so you have three layers. Now on Bottom layer Apply Greg's Factory-Pool Shadow. On Default Settings, Close Layer and on second Apply it agin changing Diagonal to 75 Close Layer, On Third one apply Pool Shadow Diagonal 100. Leave open Top Layer.
On Rectangle2 Set duplicate till you have three layers. Now on Bottom Layer apply Pool Shadow Diagonal at 100 Close layer, Second layer apply pool shadow Diagonal at 75 close layer, On Third layer Apply Pool Shadow Diagonal 50. Leave open top layer.
Edit-Copy Special-Copy Merged.
Open Animation Shop.
Edit-Paste as new Animation.
Back in PSP Close off Top Rectangle 1 and 2 and Open Second 1 and 2 sets. Edit-Copy Special-Copy Merged.
In Animation Edit-Paste After Current Frame.
Back in PSP Close off Second Rectangle Layers 1 and 2. And Open First Layers to Rectangle Layers 1 and 2. Edit-Copy Special-Copy Merged.
In Animation Edit-Paste After Current Frame.
Edit-Select All.
Animation-Frame Properties Change to 20.
File Save As. Name Animation And So on.

Open new Image 650 by 650.
With your Preset Shape Tool Select Circle and Foreground Null, Background Black Draw a Large circle in the middle of the tag. Select with Magic Wand. Selections-Modify-Smooth both 10. Open Paper 1bds Image Resize 70% Edit-Copy. Back to Circle Edit-Paste as new layer. Selections-Invert. Hit Delete. Selections-Select None.
Open Element 5bds. Image-Resize 35%. Edit-Copy, Edit-Paste as new layer. Move to upper left of tag.
Open Element 33bds. Image-Resize 50%. Edit-Copy, Edit-Paste as new layer. place over moon. Change Layer to overlay.
Open Element 39bds. Image-Resize 60%. Edit-Copy, Edit-Paste as new layer. Place to left of circle so branches are in the circle see mine for placement.
Open Element 27bds. Image-Resize 30% Edit-Copy, Edit-Paste as new layer. Image-Free Rotate single layer to Right 20%. Place to lower right of circle. Then Duplicate this layer and Mirror. Open your Close up Resize if needed which I did mine 70% Then I also Image-Free Rotated it 20% to right. Click inside right complete square of frame with magic wand. Then go to Selections-Modify-Smooth both 10. Then go to Selections-Modify Expand by 2. Paste close up as new layer position so is in selection. It is very important the whole dotted square is filled with tube. Selections-Invert, Hit Delete. Selections-Select None.
Now click on partial Square in frame with magic wand and repeat all steps again make sure the selection is completely filled with tube. Merge these two layers of close ups together then Duplicate-Mirror. Now merge these two layers so all your closeups are one layer. Duplicate Close-ups. On top layer go to Adjust-Gaussain Blur 5 Change to hard light Opacity down to 70.
Open Element 40bds. Image-Resize 70% Edit-Copy, Edit-Paste as new layer to upper right of tag.
Now Open main tube. I did not have to resize mine so Edit-copy, Edit-Paste as new layer leave where is. Duplicate tube. On top layer go to Adjust-Gaussain Blur 5 Change layer to Overlay and then on bottom layer use Xero-Nastalgia.
Open Element 9bds Image-Resize 50% Edit-Copy, Edit-Paste as new layer. Now there is a straight edge to get rid of that Duplicate leaves then Image-Flip and pull it down so where you can barely see the line. Merge these together. And place over bottom of tubes legs to cover straight edge.
Open Element 34bds. Image-Resize 30% Edit-Copy, Edit-Paste as new layer to left of leaves. Make sure not too cover too much of the Frames.
Open Element 37bds Image-Resize 40% Edit-Copy, Edit-Paste as new layer. Place to right of leaves again make sure not too cover up frames.
Open Element 55bds. Image-Resize 25% Edit-Copy, Edit-Paste as new layer. Place on outer corner of Frames. Image Duplicate-Mirror.
Add new raster layer Selections-Select All. Then Open Paper 6bds Edit-Copy, Edit-Paste into Selections. Selections-Select None. Apply mask 046 now merge group. Duplicate-Mirror this Image then merge down both mask layers. Layers-Arrange Send to Bottom.
Add Drop Shadows to all layers but the blurred layers of tube and the ghost.
Resize if needed.
Add Proper Copy Right.
Add Name with Diplomatic Font I used yellow and orange from the tag as colors
If not animating Save as PNG.

Now onto Animation
Add new raster layer floodfill white, Layers-Arrange-Send to bottom.
Merge Visable. So now we have only one layer.
With you magic wand Tolerance of 7 Click inside the mouths and eyes of all the pumpkins in the tree you can see as well as the bat on the shirt you may have to click more then once around bat to get majority of it selected. Do Not click inside ghosts mouth and eyes or bottom pumkins. It wont look right trust me I tried LOL.
Now once all are Selected Duplicate tag twice so you have three layers. On top layer close off. On middle layer go to Adjust-Brightness and Contrast-Brightness 40 and contrast 0. Close off layer on bottom layer repeat only turn brightness up to 80. Selections-Select None.
Now using Selections tool-Freehand Zoom in to 300% so you can see well what you are doing. I selected a few flowers and streaks in her hair as well as heart on her arm. Now On bottom layer Go to Adjust-Add and remove noice- Add Noise 35 uniform-monochrome checked. Repeat but on middle layer turn noise to 40 then on top layer 45 noise. Selections-Select None.
Open Animation shop, go back to PSP Edit-Copy top layer then back into Animation shop Edit-Paste as new animation. Back to PSP Edit-Copy Middle layer. Back to Animation shop Edit-Paste after current frame. Back to PSP Edit-Copy Bottom Layer back to Animation shop. Edit-Paste after current frame.
Edit-Select All. Animation-Frame Properties change to 25.
File Save As-Name You Tag-Save-Next-Next-Next-Finish.

Open new canvas 650 height to 550 width.
On new Canvas background null foreground any color. Using Preset Ellipse tool Oval selected width 15 draw frame in middle of canvas big enough to hold tube using. Convert Raster Layer.
Click on frame we just made with magic wand add new raster Open paper3 Edit copy, Edit paste into Selection, Select None. Delete bottom Frame.
Click inside Frame with wand add new raster Selections-Modify 5, Open paper 8 Edit-Copy, Edit Past Into Selection. Leave Selected.
Open Tube Edit-Copy, Edit Paste as new Layer. Place in frame just right hit Delete. Selections-Select None.
Apply Eye Candy-Glass to Frame settings 150,30,0, Inside, Color from tube, 20,50,100,75,75,45,0
Open Element5 Edit-Copy, Edit Paste as new Layer. Image-Resize 40% Place bottom of frame.
Open Element38 Edit-Copy, Edit Paste as new Layer. Image-Resize 50 Place to left of frame and Banner we just placed.
Open Element27 Edit-Copy, Edit Paste as new Layer. Image Free Rotate to the Right90% Place to left of tag frame.
Open Element19 Edit-Copy, Edit Paste as new Layer. Image Resize 40% Mirror place left corner of banner.
Open Element35 Edit-Copy, Edit Paste as new Layer. Image Resize 50% Place to right of banner.

Add new Raster Layer Selections-Select All. Open Paper 2 Edit-Copy, Edit-Paste into Selections. Selections-Select None. Apply Mask 327 then Merge group. Layers Arrange Send to Bottom.
Add new Raster Layer Selections-Select All. Open Paper 2 Edit-Copy, Edit-Paste into Selections. Selections-Select None. Apply Mask 327 then Merge group. Layers Arrange Send to Bottom.
Now Resize if Needed. I keep mine at 650 on longest side.
Add Proper CopyRight.
For name I used AndantinoJF Font. I then used Mesh Warp tool both Mesh settings at 11 Then zoom in so name is large in front of you and use the Mesh to place name in shape of banner. Apply final Mesh.
Add any drop shadows you may want to add.
Save as PNG.

Open Temp43 Image canvas size 700 width to 665 height placement center. Delete Copyright, white star, glitter star, thin pink rectangle, thin bk rectangle, and white background layers
On pink rectangle2 layer go to Selections-Select all; Selections-float; Selections-defloat. Open paper7 Edit-Copy Edit-Paste as new layer. Selections-invert; hit delete.
Now before copying closeup you may want to roate it to the right by 15 degrees. Then Edit-Copy then to temp edit-paste as new layer should still have marching ants so just hit delete. Selections-Select None Duplicate both layers (Paper7 and closeup) and mirror move to above pink rectanlge1 layer.
On Closeup layer Duplicate on top layer Adjust Blur-Gaussain Blur 5 change layer to Screen; On bottom layer Xero-Radience (Default Settings). Repeat for other side.
Open Light from Scrap Edit-Copy Edit-Paste as new layer place in the corner of closeup and duplicate mirror then change layer to soft light. No Shadow
Open moon Edit-Copy then Edit Paste above black circle layer onto Temp go to Adjust-Blur Gaussain Blur20 No Shadow
Open chain2 Edit-Copy Edit-Paste as new layer on top of moon layer place it so it looks like its attached to both sides of the rectangle layers check mine for placement.
Open Scattered diamonds Edit-Copy Edit-Paste above chain2 layer and place to your liking trying not to cover your closeup of tube Duplicate-Mirror.
I suggest placing your main tube now so you know where to place all other Elements. So open tube Edit-Copy Edit-Past as new layer. Xero-Porcelain.
Open feathers resize 85% Edit-Copy Edit-Paste as new layer on top of tube to lower part of tag
Open button resize 70% Edit-Copy Edit-paste to right of feathers below feathers layer and duplicate mirror
Open Diamond Edit-Copy Edit-Paste as new layer above feathers layer but over middle of button Duplicate Mirror.
Open scatteredhearts resize 75% Edit-Copy Edit-Paste as new layer and place on top of feathers low.
Open Chain Image mirror Then Back onto rectangle2 layer selections-Select all; Selcetions Float; Selections-Defloat Edit-copy Edit-Paste as new layer make sure on top of moon and scattered diamonds place inside rectangle Selctions Invert then hit delete.
Open Heart2 resize 40% Edit-Copy Edit-Paste as new layer to left of tag.
Open heart resize 40% Image-free rotate 15 to the left Edit-Copy Edit-Paste as new layer. Place to left of tag on top of heart2 layer.
Open lipstick resize 75% image-free rotate right 15 Edit-copy edit-paste as new layer place to left by chain.
Next Go to dotted circle layer and go to effects-Black and white film click ok on the default setting.
Open decor resize 60% Edit-Copy Edit-Paste as new layer send to bottom but on the top part of your tag so you see it behind your main tubes head.
Open hearts resize 60% then place to your liking send to bottom again but this time placing to the lower part of your tag. Duplicate and Mirror.
On Bottom layer add raster send to bottom then Selections-Select-All then Open Paper4 Edit-Copy Edit-Paste into selection.
Use mask of choice I used a Creative Misfits Exclusive maks from witchysheart (WH-CM Exclusice #1) for this tag but there are many others out there that will do the job or you can do without a mask if your prefer.
Resize I resized mine (all layers) to 600 on its largest side then Merge Visable Adjust sharpen and add proper copyright. Then add your name I used Scriptina as my font and a small gradient glow.
